Dominic Boyle is a Principal Project Director in the WA Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery. With over 30 years’ experience in transport engineering and planning, he spent the last 2 ½ years leading production of the business case for Westport – WA’s program to relocate its container port from Fremantle to Kwinana. In addition to marine and port works, this involved the design and modelling of the entire container supply chain including supporting road and rail upgrades. With the business case endorsed by the WA Government, Dominic is leading project definition and development of the Westport program of road and rail projects.
