Hamed has been an integral part of the team since 2015, and in his current capacity as the Quality Team Leader and R&D Sector Lead, he plays a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing the quality standards of Road Science's flagship National Research and Development Laboratory in Melbourne. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Hamed ensures that all aspects of the company's research and development endeavours meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

In addition to his leadership in the quality domain, Hamed also spearheads the Pavements and Stabilisation sector at the facility. This critical role allows him to utilise his extensive expertise in pavement engineering and development, making him an invaluable asset to the organisation.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience under his belt, Hamed's expertise covers a wide spectrum within the field of pavement engineering. He possesses an in-depth understanding of the maintenance and treatment of unsealed roads, enabling him to effectively address challenges in this specialised area.

Hamed holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Highway and Transportation Engineering, and a PhD specialising in the field of Pavement Materials.
