Leah is a senior pavement engineer in the Safer Smarter Infrastructure team at the NTRO and is part of the team that is delivering the National Asset Centre of Excellence (NACOE) projects. Leah has extensive experience in leading and executing research projects, enhancing resilience and sustainability of infrastructure, developing standards and specifications for sound delivery of road infrastructure, pavement and materials engineering, pavement performance assessment and monitoring, geotechnical engineering and geo-disaster risk management, as well as training and advising road agencies in different countries.
